Ismael, I'm sorry that you feel this way. We were very diligent with our recommendations and extremely thorough with our services. Included in your recent service; we checked/measured your valve clearances, replaced your discharged battery, replaced a bad starter solenoid, replaced your spark plug, and unclogged your pilot jet. That service resolved your electric start problem, helped with your cold starts, and improved overall riding conditions. All verified by idle testing and test riding. Before and after the service I personally recommended that we completely rebuild your carburetor, through and through, but you declined on both occasions. Before the services you declined as you were sure the valve clearances were the problem. After the services you declined as you didn't want to spend more money on the bike. If you're displeased with less than perfect operating conditions, it is a direct result of not listening to our professional recommendations. As such, I'm afraid that your review of our services only demonstrates lack of accountability, on your part. We wish you luck on resolving your issues and hope you will take our advice on completely rebuilding your carburetor in the meantime. Thanks!
