I was a home buyer this summer, after searching for a couple of years in a sellers market (and with rising interest rates) . I had the best realtor named Jessica Ward. She has been with me for a few years helping me search for the best home and property value. She was an amazing and tremendous help. She is honest and truthful and stayed with me every step of the way. She really did look out for my best interests. She would let me know when ( if I really liked a house), it was a good or bad deal for me. If I could afford or not afford it. She always knew the neighborhoods and she always went above the call of duty. I have never appreciated anyone more than I do her when it comes to home buying.. She helped me with getting everything I expected in the deal, from negotiations in getting a manual garage door switched to having a garage door opener, and where to look for furniture, to finding my furnace information after owning the house months after purchasing. Jessica Ward sold our house in EIGHT DAYS at a price we could hardly believe possible. We did as she said, and everything went totally smoothly--and from 200 miles away to boot. She really goes the extra mile--including watering our plants and topping off our pond--to make the sale happen. We can't recommend her more highly!
