I have had the ultimate pleasure of working with Megan White a realtor with Remax. Megan is much more than just a realtor. In my experience with Megan , I have found that she is kind, compassionate, honest, and extremely hard-working. Megan goes above and beyond in every aspect of selling a home, no matter the circumstances. Megan has excellent connections to whom ever you would need to help sell a home whether, that be professional cleaners, professional stages, insurance agents, and title companies. Megan continuously communicated with me through the entire process ,every step of the way any concerns that I may have had she addressed with reassurance, confidence, motivation and encouragement. Megan was a gem to work with. As a first time homebuyer I was learning much of the process as I went, and Megan was a great teacher and advocate. She took the vision my wife and I had and laid out facts - helping us make informed decisions that werent impacted by the emotional roller coaster home buying can be. When issues came up with the house we made an offer on, Megan was a reliable negotiator and used her extensive connections to find us solid home repair/maintenance providers. Even after move in Megan was a valuable resource for advice and connections.

My husband and I were fortunate enough to work with Megan on the purchase of our first home late last year, 2023. From the start, she was so attentive, knowledgeable, and kind -walking us through all of the steps of the process. A process that usually induces quite a bit of stress was made so easy due to Megans diligence and keen attention to detail. We faced a couple hiccups on the purchase of our property and Megan was there to assist every step of the way. I appreciate and value that she is just a text message away for any and all questions. Where do I even start?!? After my father passed away, I found myself needing to sell his house (my childhood home.) That's where Megan comes in. Not only did she swoop in & handle the sale of the house, she also dealt with the abusive reverse mortgage company, helped me with the estate sale, renovation, and everything in between. To say she went "above & beyond" would be a gross understatement. I 100% recommend her services!!

I have now worked at several properties in which Megan has been in charge to brighten up the place before the home hits the market. And it has been an absolute pleasure to work with her. Super easy to communicate with, all around kind person, very professional, and always making sure things are going smooth on my end. Shes definitely the realtor Ill go with in the future once the opportunity to buy presents itself!
