I'm about to grab my medical records and leave. They never answer the phone. They've canceled my appointments and didn't say anything to me. I literally had to walk into the building to see what's going on. Leaving multiple voice mails should not "add more time to the time it takes to respond." That is a complete lie that a desk woman told me after trying to reschedule an appointment for 3 days.

Absolutely vile facility. Incompetent staff. Even worse administration. How they remain open without the State shutting them down is beyond shocking. Peers are unqualified and the ONE peer that is qualified is ignored and worked to death. Almost literally. You find out appointments are cancelled or rescheduled by calling. Not the other way round. The office staff in Federal Way is new, I think the old staff left because they couldn't screw up anything any worse. Like calling case managers clinicians. They aren't. Most of them are barely case managers. Trying to communicate with administration is is impossible. There are no responses. At all. Ever. Good, competent employees leave. As soon as they can. I can't blame them. A couple dedicated fools stay. And then...the rest. You are better off with a YouTube video and a tub of ice cream. As someone who has been involved with publicly funded mental health care services for 40 years, I can honestly say Valley Cities Federal Way is is, by far, the WORST agency I have ever worked with. I include the people in the administration building. People who make too much money and do NO WORK. Negative stars. Good luck. Be safe. Go somewhere else.
