Doctor sidhu she refused the service because I ask for check up. I don't recommend this doctor.

Called back to make appointment. Had the rudest person ever on the line. In addition to talking over me telling me what I needed, not what the Dr ordered, he asked me questions I've NEVER been asked. Matthew, I hope there was a recording and you get some much needed feedback! Fortunately when I called back I'm happy to say the lady helping me was a delight and its all good now.

Literally the worst clinic available from the Franciscan clinics. The staff is completely horrible, no one gives two craps about you ( if my doctor wasnt in this clinic i would not come). I could barely schedule an appointment, they always want to schedule you two months from the day you call. How is that normal?

I was shocked to read all the reviews listed here. Just this morning I was telling my coworker how great this place is. I've been there three times now after relocating from Tacoma to Auburn. Everytime I had an awesome experience. The ladies at the front desk were great each time and got me promptly checked in then within 5 minutes I was having my vitals check, then the doctor comes in within minutes. I like this place very much because unlike other doctor office who will let you sit in the waiting area for over 20 minutes past your appointment time before getting seen by the nurse. Update 1/20/24 -- Now that I had a year receiving care from Multi-Care, I can honestly say that Franciscan in Auburn provide the best services and ten times better than Multicare. Example, my referrals were submitted within 48 hours. When I was receiving care through Multi-Care, I had to call back for two weeks to check if my referrals were submitted, which at the time when I decided to switch back to Franciscan, the referrals were still not submitted. I can't compliment Franciscan in Auburn enough for being the best medical facility with the best receptionists, nurses, and doctors.
