        Great laundry mat in auburn, easy swipe with debit/credit card to have the machine running top of the line, also free wifi, next to restaurant while your clothes being washed or dry, be done in no time owner was very helpful.

        ***edit w reply to owner: It was the attendant that I assume was supposed to be there. I was there over an hr, and he pulled up in his car, grabbed the garbage from inside the laundromat- then left " One of their dryers " ate" my money. I used debit card to pay, as I was adding 10 extra minutes, the machine display showed an error. I was charged double for the transaction as it completely reset. No attendant at the location. I was there again today - someone pulled up in a car, grabbed the garbage from inside and left again.

        Very clean! Lots of machines, takes cards or use quarter machine. Vending machine for detergent and softener. Nice clean bathroom.

        I would not even give this a one star if I did not have went in was told my services dog by the lundry attendant he was not to be there the owner did not like dog in his lundry mat I call Ada they told me they cant do that call police I did nothing next my money was taking by there coun machine I was told I would get my money back still by the end of the week nothing still today I got no money back I would not recommend this places to no one he didnt se not do anything he says he going to do

With all the equipment being brand new, we haven’t had any issues with the dryers overcharging or resetting, thus we’d love to speak with you to learn more about what happened so that we can make it right and make sure it doesn’t happen again. We currently have a great team of attendants who work during our peak times for at least four-hour shifts, thus we are not sure who would pull up, grab garbage, and leave. We are sorry this occurred. We do have a no pets policy in place because we are a laundromat where people area coming to clean their clothes and deserve to do so in a clean environment. Furthermore, some people are scared or allergic to dogs, so it is in the best interest of our valued customers to maintain this policy. While service dogs are always welcome, unfortunately, your dog wasn’t wearing anything that would indicate it was a service dog, so our team member politely informed you that dogs were not allowed. At that time, you decided to swear at her and call her names and make threatening statements to the point where other customers needed to ask you to stop. You have also sent me several rude and threatening messages in the days since when we were doing our best to work with you. We appreciate you giving our laundromat a try, but obviously we are not a good fit for your needs. Again, thanks for the feedback and we wish you the best.
