Insurance plays an important part of people's lives. Nobody ever thinks about it but you come to realize how important it is once you actually need it. But it also sucks to make time in your work schedule to sit down and talk about it. I've been with a few different insurance companies and there are things I like about each ones and there are things I don't like. What the most common thing that will rub me the wrong way about a company is the agent I have to deal with. They are the face of the company. I don't like to be "upsold" I don't like to be treated like a number. I just like straight forward answers and I don't need a sugar coating or 100 examples. That all being said, Susan Vo is an awesome agent. I've been with AmFam for 2 or 3 years now and she's the third agent I've dealt with... 3rd time must be the charm because in my last visit, she was everything I wanted in an agent. Direct. Quick. and personable. She had me in and out within 30 minutes. She answered all my questions and even provided me with helpful knowledge. She also saved me money on my current policy as well and even let me know that when I come back for my annual review - I'll most likely save even more money. Winning. I definitely recommend her!
