What a waste of time and So frustrating never returned your call or any updates. I have Been working with them for almost 12 months trying to find home insurance in the end. he told me after my multiple phone calls and emails. That they can no longer help me with my car insurance.i didn't change my policy he changed him self 3 days I'm trying to call to body answer the call and emails (Something about blanket policy ) I thought that we already agreed to proceed with the contract before speaking to them almost 2/months ago, I was so disappointed those months. I have been waiting for them to give me the answer and now on top of that, Accused me of not returning their call (Seriously ) Customer service is very unprofessional
