Pinnacle Sales Inc did an great job replacing my gas fireplace. Paul recommended a fireplace that was within my budget and he did an excellent job guiding me through the process for installation. I called him many times with questions about permits, tile recommendations, grout color, tile adhesive and electrical issues. He was very courteous and professional when answering all of my questions. Their technician, Josh did an excellent job installing the fireplace and replacing the surrounding tile. He always arrived on time and cleaned up the work area before he left. I have gotten many compliments from family and friends on the quality and the work. I love my new gas fireplace and highly recommend Pinnacle Sales Inc.

Had a Torquemaster Plus Spring System broke on my garage door. None of the other Wayne Dalton dealers in the area had the part that I need except for Pinnacle Sales. The owner came out the next day, outside their normal business hours, to install it. I had a couple of quotes to fix my garage but they all wanted to convert it to the traditional spring system which would have cost twice as much. I'm glad I called Pinnacle Sales.

30 July 2019 My 17+-year-old Wayne Dalton Door MasterTM Opener (double garage door) failed and two companies came to our home to give an estimate of repair or replacement. The morning company refused to service the door citing a “gear sound typical of broken gears.” The diagnosis, model, and age meant a new door system for a cost of just under $3,000.00. Mr. Kissler, of Pinnacle Sales Inc., came, after work hours, diagnosed two exhausted 6V batteries for a cost of less than $45.00 (paid to Bulbs & Batteries the next day). Mr. Kissler agreed that the opener was old and the model technology faulty, but our case, unique. If we wanted a new door system, the estimate was half the cost. FIVE STARS!
