I purchased flooring a few months ago. It started with a request via OfferUp. I didnt realize until I showed up that they are an actual brick and mortar location. It was a steal of a deal on the flooring we needed and it has really held up while we used it in our restaurant and the basement of our rental. It was so good for the first pallet that we are here again today for the same flooring for a new rental

I'm leaving a review with a constructive perspective, granting three stars for several reasons. Initially, despite residing merely 1.4 miles away, I encountered resistance when attempting to negotiate the $60 delivery fee. Although I initially dismissed this inconvenience, my circumstances took a turn for the worse when my recently recovered truck broke down halfway to the destination. Consequently, I found myself compelled to traverse the remaining distance on foot, culminating in a frustrating expenditure of $60 for a mere 1.4 miles. Furthermore, my carpet requirement amounted to less than 600 sq. ft., yet I opted to purchase 700 sq. ft. The initial sales representative proposed a discount if we were willing to take the remaining portion of a partial roll, thereby sparing the establishment from an unsellable remnant. However, this commendable initiative was overruled by a higher authority, presumably the proprietor, who insisted on gratuitously offering us the surplus, albeit at the expense of practicality. In retrospect, I perceive this gesture as more burdensome than beneficial, it made more work for me as it necessitated the disposal of excess material on my part. Lastly, I found the absence of a cash discount disheartening. As both a proprietor of a small Handyman business and a supervisor overseeing apartment maintenance across various locations in Washington, I maintain frequent interactions with numerous vendors. Consequently, I am accustomed to giving and receiving a level flexibility and accommodation in commercial transactions, particularly when such requests align with reasonable expectations. I trust that my feedback will be received constructively, with the intention of fostering improvement in customer relations.

Very professionall. Installers were very pleasant and did a great job. The young man in the showroom was a pleasure to work with and price was very reasonable
