Sovanni and Friends Childcare

My 2 year old has been attending Sovanni and Friends for about 6 months and so far it has been a wonderful experience. My daughter is always happy to go to daycare. My daughter has advanced verbally and reached many milestones early thanks to Miss Theary and Miss Linda. They are very communicative and attentive to my daughters needs. I know my child is safe and in good hands.

My 2 year old (at the time) attended Sovanni and Friends Childcare for about 9 months. Choosing this daycare was literally was one of the best decisions I ever made for him. He is an only child so I wanted him to be able to interact and learn how to socialize with other kids. I was so amazed with how much he learned in the amount of time he attended here. He learned how to put his own clothes /shoes on, different animal sounds, recognized his numbers and alphabets, how to share, his friends names, signal to go potty, and how to communicate all within the time here. We made the decision to move to another state, so I was sadden to take this away from him. He is now almost 3 years old and still talks about his friends and his teachers. They always treated him as if he was one of theirs and I loved that. I recently asked him if we moved back to Seattle, does he want to go to Mrs. Thearry and he told me yes, he wants to go to school again. Aside from this childcare leaving an impact on my son, it has impacted mine. It is not easy finding people you trust to watch our babies. I fully trust my son under their care and never had a bad experience with them. They communicate and kept me up to date with everything. I, 100% recommend this childcare to anyone that chooses a small and personal childcare.

Weve greatly appreciated the care provided by Theary and Linda! Being on the waitlist was worth it because we know our son is in kind and professional hands here. Anytime my wife texts with any questions they reply quickly. Im so glad that our concerns are a priority and communication is open because it makes being away from our son a little easier. I would highly recommend this location!

My two children have been attending here for the last few years. Theary and her sister Linda are wonderful educators and caretakers. My kids adore them and enjoy going to daycare very much. I truly appreciate the dedication and commitment Theary has made to her business and taking care of children. It is not an easy job to care for little humans, but she has made it such a rewarding experience for my family. As mamas, we are afraid and cautious when it comes to others taking care of our young ones, but Sovanni and Friends Childcare has become my kids' second home. I'm sad that my son will be moving on soon to kindergarten but I am also very thankful of his extremely impactful experience with this daycare. He has grown so much from being a shy and reserved child to an extroverted social butterfly. Not only that, both my children has been learning and are excelling so much. I will forever be grateful to Theary and her sister for helping to my kids the headstart and foundation they need to succeed. Also, thank you for being super responsive whenever I have questions or concerns about anything. Even though you are so busy with everything, you take time to give me thoughtful updates on how my kids are doing, and are always there to answer any questions I have. It seems that the other review below is misplaced, because that is definitely out of her character and shouldn't warrant a low rating! It's appalling how people would go out of their way to try and destroy someone's business because they may have not gotten the answer they want. Having good childcare with people where you can trust can be very challenging to find. Please do not discourage others from potentially placing their children with this daycare by your review. You do not have grounds to stand on especially because you did not place your kid in their care, and that's what the reviews should be for. Highly recommend this place!

Beware, I have been trying to get in contact with this childcare for several months now. They never answer their phone, they don't return my voicemail messages, or even respond to text messages! This location would have been perfect for me, but they never respond and I would never want to leave my child somewhere that doesn't answer their phone, let alone bother with my time. They obviously aren't interested in having more business. I had to text them multiple times just to get a lame single sentence response ***Update: Since you're yelling at me in all caps lock right now, I just want to come back and prove to you that my review is indeed accurate and emphasize how very unprofessional you are acting. I actually called you last year in November multiple times and left you a voicemail that never got returned. I am attaching screenshots just to prove you wrong. I also texted you twice yesterday and you never responded until I had to text you AGAIN today. Why should a customer have to try so hard to get in touch with a business?
