    This place is awful. Everytime i was talking with the guy he was on the phone. Took over 6 months for me to get my license plates and it was sketchy to say the least. I immediately upon leaving having problems so i had to have them fix it which took weeks months to finally complete plus I syill haven't received my title.

    Started out to be great, until our temporary permits expired and they gave me an illegal one. Mind you I bought my car in June 2018 and still the car hasnt been transferred into my name or do I have valid license plates. Worst dealer ship ever

    I have purchase two cars from this lot. The first time was a great experience. But this year after purchasing a cobalt initially rocky and stephen were friendly. I spent the past few months calling them weekly for my plates. 3 temp tags later and having difficulties getting replacements and answers about my plates i had to file with th BBB and the Wa DOL. I even contacted to place i had my loan through and they said we cant do anything except take them to court or wait for them to release the vehicle. I had to contact Stephen through facebook to get in touch with them. Exactly three months later and a great deal of stress i finally got my plates.ill be honest they really do treat you well until they get their money. Then its all bets off. Constantly shifting blame on other places for it taking so long. How they are still in business is beyond me. Despite getting a decent car for an ok price i will not be returning. I may not go to a used lot ever because of this nightmare. In case you dont know if they dont release the car to get your plates you can file complaints all you want but you conpletely powerless unless you have the money to sue them. Im Just happy it didnt come to this.

    DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!!! I should have listened to their Yelp rating, idk how they got these stars on Google. MAKE SURE TO CHECK THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU SITE AS WELL!! By the looks of the reviews everyone has had the same experience with the owner (Steven) never calling back when he is supposed to call back or tells me he will. Also, when I was in the process of buying the car they would always answer my phone calls by saying my name because they have caller ID but once I bought the car it became impossible to read my name on caller ID not to mention when I would tell Iman or Steven who I was they would say Who? and seemed to never recognize me again. At one point I got hung up on and called them and Iman answered (very recognizable voice) and pretended to be an entirely different auto shop and pretended to not know who Iman was. Then I find out my car needs a whole new engine which is another $7500 into a car I have only made THREE payments on. The list of terrible things they did to me is going to go on, every time I was face to face with Steven (the owner) he would jump on the phone like the person over the phone was always more important than me whom was standing right in front of him. Then I started dealing with their new manager Jay or Jerry (they have told me 2 different names) I was telling him about my situation and he seemed to get a little angry at me because I hadnt even told him my name so I apologized for my manners and introduced myself and told him what was going on (them selling me a car with rod knock) and he told me he would get back to me in a couple hours. I told him I was going to work but I would have my phone on me, no call all day. I called back the next morning and he apparently didnt remember talking to me the day before so I told him the situation again and I guess I was talking over him so he asked me to listen to him and I did and when I went to talk he interrupted me so I said to him sir if you expect me to listen to you, I deserve the exact same respect the conversation got a little heated (no yelling, no cussing from either of us but definite frustration) and he said to me I am going to hang up on you and he did. Just because he was frustrated with a problem gave him no right to hang up on me, especially because I hadnt called him names, I hadnt raised my voice, I was just asking for the same respect that he wanted from me.
