Service King Collision North Auburn (Now Crash Champions)

Did a repair for vehicle, new bumper. Kept popping out on the side. They said they guarantee their work. Took it back and they said it was a faulty after market bumper and that was to blame, yet then told my insurance it was due to new damage. Horrible customer service to tell me it's a faulty part then to my insurance, blame me. And bad work too, to even have the issue.. go elsewhere. Also when I went in to address the issue, no one at front desk and 2 different people walked by me and didn't grab someone to assist. said oh she's on lunch when I asked. No sign, no one one to cover.

This place are the best decision to go fix my Toyota rav 4. Everyone is so friendly. Always kept updated the work on my car and also they estimate to spend 3 week on work and they did it in week and half.

Service provided was fantastic. The doors look great, paint is a perfect match and the headlights look better than ever before! There is a little glue residue stuck on the inside window, but we think we should be able to get that off. Either way, we are happy with repairs. Thank you!
