I had a great experience, from the initial call, to receiving my keys back in my hand, the experience is something I didnt expect. Most of the time a woman in particular brings her car to a repair shop she assumes shes going to be talked down to or misunderstood, and this was not the case. Travis and Mike treated me as if I was an old friend I felt welcomed, and comfortable. I received timely text updates which included the estimated completion date. The work was completed a week earlier than expected. When I received my car back, it was washed and vacuumed, which was a pleasant surprise. Thank you and keep up the good work. Caliber Collision is definitely the place to go!! I had gotten in an accident and this was the place I picked to handle the claim to get my car taken care of. Mike and the staff were knowledgeable, friendly and put my mind at ease with any questions or concerns I may have. Kept me updated with progress and made sure when all was done that I was a happy customer. Highly recommend totally earned 5 stars!!

Take your car here ASAP!! They did a great job fixing my car. They said it would take 1 week and thats exactly how long it took them to fix it. They also did great job cleaning my car they got in every corner. My car literally looks brand new! I also lost a $100 a few months ago and wasnt sure if I actually lost it or spent it without remembering. They found it in my car while they were cleaning it and saved it for me. I really appreciate this place so much and I would refer anyone that I know to this place. Thank you guys so much for your work ethic and being genuine good people!
