        The technician knew exactly what the problem was when I told him over the phone of the brand and issue we had. They took a deposit to order parts. Call me to schedule installation when the parts arrive.

        These guys are great. I was having issues with a dryer and gave them a call and left a voicemail. They called me back not ten minutes later and went over some things I could try myself to fix the problem on my own before having them come out. Well sure enough it worked so I just want to say THANK YOU so much! Gotta love honest friendly businesses. And if I ever have any issues in the future you guys have my business! Service: Dryer repair

        Our repair person " Norman " was outstanding. Communication with him was detailed and easy to understand. While on the site he helped us understand some precautions we should take in thier use and care for all our appliances. He has a strong knowledge of appliance repair and was able to diagnose the problem with our clothes dryer quickly. I would use them again and recommend them to friends and family.
