        My daughter came over to bake Christmas cookies with me. And to spend the night. While we were sleeping at 3 am they had her car towed. The lease clearly reads that we can have guests for 72 hours before they do anything. My daughter wasn't even here for 24 hours. It's costing over 400 to get the car back. It's Christmas folks. Don't rent here whatever you do. . I'm 69 and should be able to have my children come to visit with me and bake cookies.im editing my review I was mistaken when I reread the contract it stated something different. But still it's Christmas and we have had guests spend the night before and their cars weren't towed away in the early morning hours while we slept. What they did was wrong.

        The worst place that I ever lived in my life. The manager likes bugs and make it hard for residents to dispose of trash by forcing them to a valet trash service , which allow unknown people to come to your door to collect garbage at 7 to 10pm at night. Now these residents are paying twice for garbage while residents are locked out of services with local dumpsters 7/24.

      Martha is a resident added to an existing lease this month. She signed a lease agreement knowing that vehicles in disrepair will be towed. We will work with residents to allow reasonable time for them to repair their vehicles. But not only when they have the money. How dangerous are the sidewalks? Please be specific. In what areas we need to worry about our appearance. Please be specific. Besides disrepair vehicles, we will address any concerns which our residents have.

      Valet Living is a national company providing door step trash collection service for many communities across the country. This is an added amenity that residents do not need to take their trash from their units all the way to the dumpsters far from the Buildings. Clearwater start this service in June 2023. If residents do not want the service, they may opt out and take their trash to a designated areas. Crews are employee of Valet Living and will not disturb residents when collecting trash bags from the doorsteps. They are Not any unknown people. Waste management increases their rate about 13% in Jan 2023. After the Valet service, our monthly cost has reduced about 25% comparing to 2022 saving a lot for our residents. The Valet service fee is $1.50 per unit in June. Residents are paying Valet service to take trash from doorsteps to the dumpsters and paying Waste Management to dispose the trash from the dumpsters to the City transfer station. Not paying twice for garbage.
