Palermo At Lakeland

I am so amazed by young peoples work ethic today! Jewel was such a sweet young lady that gave me the personal time I needed to answer all my questions and concerns. She has amazing people skills and I am impressed! I will definitely be looking for my home there!

Our family of 4 went to visit the property and were greeted by Jewel who had the most outstanding personality and customer service. She showed us a three bedroom unit and spent a good amount of time talking with us. We were very impressed with the professionalism shown and also with the property. Its close to great schools, a shopping center and huge park! We are definitely applying to be a part of this community.

We lived here for more than 5 years. I have no words to describe the comfort, peace and love this community has to offer. If you are a community oriented person and want to live life around good people then this is the place for you and your family. It's a great location if you enjoy outdoor biking, trails, hiking, walking etc... Fulfillment can be found here. We had an amazing time, made some great friends and fully enjoyed what Lakeland had to offer by just living in Palermo Apartments. I also wanna say that management does care alot and show appreciation towards their residents. I had some issues but Katie the property manager and Mila assistant manager took care of our concerns with full compassion and understanding. They both are also very knowledgeable in the laws and will do their best to serve. Maintenance folks were always prompt!!! I never had to wait for long to get something done. They will go above and beyond their way to make sure things are in good order. We are very sad about leaving this beautiful place because travel time to work was a lot. If you are a family with kids and looking for a good school District, this is the place to be. This area has a great High school as well as elementary and Jr. High- Auburn Riverside. Their bus actually comes to the Palermo Apartments. It's a very convenient location for the kids and very easy for them to create great friendships.

Buildings #14 and #18 have FLEA infestations, possibly other buildings as well. Flea bombed our apartment three times. Our family dealt with fleas from December 2022 until April 2023 when they let us do an early lease termination. Live elsewhere. Loved the apartment location though. Maintenance dudes were cool too Also, they should rethink the yellowish-beige wall color choice. All of the apartments are so ugly.
