Good experience here. Washer and dryer are shared and coin operated but new. Rent is reasonable. Neighbors are quiet.

Washer is constantly out of order & renters get threatened by owner of building for leaks from washer machine and will get charged $200. Took a week for maintenance to come out to fix heater. Was told on our move in date wed be getting new blinds and stove top. Neither have happened. Shops below are always blasting music up to 4am. Neighbor has banged on our door and was belligerent drunk in the hall way to where 5 cops had to come inside the apartment building to fix the problem. Counter tops are held together from book shelves and screws are falling out. Not an ideal place to live.

DO NOT RENT HERE!!!! Have been asked by maintenance(really just a resident here) to remove 1 garbage bag outside on the roof because of they dont want rats. Okay understandable.. we removed bag & got more complains. Was notified the last day of rent we got charged a $150 fee to pay that day or it would turn into a late fee because our neighbors who also have garbage on the roof keep complaining. We havent had a single garbage bag on the roof for over a week sense our last notice by maintenance got the text today about a fine that would turn into a late fee the day as it was due. I go onto the online portal where we pay rent to look and they had added the charge the 23rd when today it is the 31st. Was NOT notified by higher management, was never told about a fine, and even in the lease it NEVER mentions residents would be fined for stuff on the roof outside our windows. This place charges us $1000 for a studio that didnt even get appliciances fixed before move in like in the written agreement they said would be done. Went through a walk through and signed papers. Me and my boyfriend are very young and had to move somewhere very fast do to circumstances and this place tried taking advantage of us. I try to call the number from where they told me the day of payment I had a fine and would get a late fee and the lady didnt even answer her phone or respond to my texts. But then I had my co worker who also works in apartment management call her off her phone and what do you know the lady answered. My co worker then told her how everything she was doing was illegal and now I have a month to pay the fee after talking with her from my co worker because she knew what she was doing was illegal and straight up wrong.Funny how that works. Im not paying the fee though & am now having to take this to court because they have no written document about trash being on the roof, they had no written statement about us getting fined they TEXTED us, and they didnt fix our broken appliciances due to move in like it says in the lease. This place is ridiculous, the neighbors are rude, and the management is about to get a huge law suit. Save your money, save your time, and do NOT get taken advantage of by this place.
