        Excellent staff, landscape maintenance, Tenants and nice apartments. Great location to get to Tacoma or downtown Federal Way and beyond. I highly recommend the Cove Apartments.

        Very beautiful property, all sorts of wild birds around the multiple ponds. Friendly staff, fast and courteous maintenance. Extremely understanding and helpful management. They worked with us through a unique situation and did not try to take advantage of us when they could have. Rent is affordable too, good location, not too far into federal way, 5-7 minutes to the highway at a high traffic time of day. Highly recommend living here if Federal Way is your desired locale.
