        Really bad service specially from the manager at the Arlington branch she is condescending and horrible to deal with I will cancel my account and go somewhere else

        I will be moving my account, they fired laurie today. I appreciate her customer service and always willing to help. The tall lady is not nice at all at makes me feel bad. Pam is nice. Not a very good way to treat your employees!!! Shame on you. Lets see how successful you are when half of Arlington moves account to a better bank.should have fired the rude tall bank lady!!! See ya later banner
