It’s very rare that I don’t give good reviews. I am very disappointed with this nursery. I bought a flowering Japanese Cherry in the fall and planted it while dormant. Early spring I noticed bleeding at the graft. It started to leaf out, then died. I showed them pictures and all they said was “Yes, it’s dead”. I asked how they handle dead plants and they said “ We don’t guarantee any plants. Only Home Depot does that and they have ruined the industry.” I responded by telling them that over the years I have dealt with dead trees from Christianson’s, Azusa, and Wells Nursery, and each of them has always replaced plants that failed to revive after dormancy. They said “Well, we don’t.” End of subject; end of customer. I myself have been in business for over 40 years and am an experienced hobby gardener. Sorry, but this is not how you treat loyal customers. Even if you had offered to charge only your wholesale cost for me to buy a new one, I would have been happy. I paid good money and got a sick, dying tree. You did not do the ethical thing with me. I will never shop there again.
