        I challenged Flooring Connections with less than a month to install new carpet in our two guest rooms. They totally came through for us! Angus is an excellent salesperson and is really helpful and easy to work with. Michael did our install and he did an amazing job! We are really happy with the outcome!

        We had new floor covering installed in our bathrooms and bedrooms. We ordered a vanity cabinet and countertop at the same time so the installation could be coordinated. Flooring Connections lost our cabinet order leaving us with a guest bathroom with no vanity. Coordination between the floor covering and cabinet department seems nonexistent. Instead of the flexible molding we ordered, they installed a bead of colored sealant at the bathtub that will likely not allow for thermal expansion. Having practiced architecture for more than forty years, I know the importance of good customer service from suppliers and subcontractors. That is clearly not what we received.

        The owner came out to look at a bathroom floor repair. Then second person came out and measured. At this point we thought they were on board to handle it. Then 3 months went by while we left 7 voice messages with no returns. Finally installer called back and basically accosted me on the phone. Said they weren't going to do it and gave me another contractors phone number. Needless to say we moved on. Unbelievable service/response.
