Overall the staff are friendly and helpful, but the receptionist is consistently very rude and it makes going here a bad experience.

I have been with Companion for years. They know me and my dogs. They know all the diagnoses they have - Cushings, allergies, eye diseases, etc etc. When we made the brutally difficult decision to put our 14 year old, sickly dogs down, they refused and said that they wouldn't do a euthanasia for convenience. I wasn't with my dogs because I couldn't bear doing it but my daughters and good friend were. They refused to talk to me on the phone. I am absolutely appalled with this vet. And yes, it was a new vet whom has never even seen my dogs. She checked their temperature, ears, heart, and tummy (which took about 30 seconds) and deemed them healthy. Do NOT go to this vet, unless you want your character to be judged.
