        While it is never fun to have to call in with issues, I had the pleasure of working with Jacob and BJ from Harbor Rooter, and I must say, they exceeded all my expectations. From start to finish, their professionalism and dedication were truly exceptional. Jacob and BJ went above and beyond, thinking outside the box and refusing to give up until they found a solution to my plumbing issue. Despite facing unexpected challenges, they remained friendly, kind, and incredibly patient throughout the entire process. What really stood out to me was their willingness to tackle a problem that proved to be more difficult than anticipated. Instead of cutting corners or giving up, they approached the situation with determination and a positive attitude, which made all the difference. Moreover, I was impressed by the level of care and attention they showed towards their work. It's evident that they take pride in what they do and genuinely care about delivering the best possible service to their customers. I also had the opportunity to interact with the owner, who was equally cool and accommodating. It's clear that Harbor Rooter is a company that values both its customers and its employees, creating a positive and supportive environment for everyone involved. Overall, my experience with Harbor Rooter was nothing short of fantastic, thanks to Jacob, BJ, and the entire team. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing services.
