        I cannot say enough good things about Joyce Peterson. From the first meeting she totally got me and just what my I was looking for in a new home. Joyce made herself available each time I contacted her asking to see a home. She made the process easy and very enjoyable! I would highly recommend Joyce to anyone looking for a new home in this area.

        Working with Joyce was more than white glove. She was caring, articulate, open, proactive, and had a marvelous sense of timing and consideration for our cross state first home purchase stress. Joyce's actions earned my respect and admiration not only for herself and Windermere, but for my new Homeland in Gray's Harbor. We aligned on Human needs, Community, and Caring and solved the "real world" Red Tape Monster to make happy memories sprout even in this wonderful drizzly rain. I highly recommend Joyce if you want a relaxed, honest, experienced agent who has deep local roots and Integrity to match.
