so i bought some bitcoin over 55 hours ago ,i spoke with a rep 30 hours after my purchase to inquire as to why my bitcoin still had not arrived ,she said it was because they pay faucet fees ,however 3 days later and ive mussed out on a purchase.they should let people know it will take this long at the time of purchase.i feel really ripped off,theyer simply making money at my expense.

Hi Nancy, you're right. We'll do better to communicate the timing and expectations on orders that are less than $15. If we send you the BTC right away, we'd incur a cost greater than the amount you purchased, or, you'd have to pay more than the amount purchased resulting in you receiving 0.0 BTC which doesn't make sense. So, we batch our orders so you'll receive BTC at the proper rate, but later time. We're updating our system now to only accept a $20 bill as the first denomination inserted to avoid this problem in the future. Let us know if there's anything else we can do to make it up to you.
