        My husband and I went into this location to upgrade his phone to an iPhone 15 pro. We were working with what we thought was a trained manager. We were not. The training associate rang up the incorrect phone. That wasnt the issue. The unprofessional manager started to become extremely aggressive with the way he was talking to my husband. At that time my husband started to match his energy. After 2 hours of not being able to help us we walked out, explaining that we would be back the next day to hopefully get help. We were met once again with the same manager, James. He quoted us an even higher price than the day before. As soon as my husband questioned it. The manager, James started cussing at him telling him to leave his store before he called the cops. What!? We will be contacting corporate since this took place over the weekend
