Service was awesome, the food was nice and hot, and the place was clean except they do need to wipe down the tables once in a great awhile. I used to clean cafeteria tables in school. ITS very important to keep everything clean and sanitized. Overall, I had good service!

I came in tonight thru the drive thru. There was no cars behind me and only two cars infront of me. I ordered a number one with extra cheese and a coke. I waited in line for almost ten minutes as I listened to two songs from the 90's both at almost 4 minutes each. My fries were stone cold so I went inside and asked politely that they please remake my order as I waited a long time for cold fries. The lady snapped at me infant of the only two people in the restaurant eating. She had pink hair and informed me that she would remake the friens but that she would not remake the burger. I told her that if I waited 5 minutes for fresh fries my burger would be cold. She said they could not help me so I asked of I could get a refund then. She made me go back into the cold rainy night in shorts and a t-shirt to retrieve the coke from my order before issuing me a refund. She was rude and unapologetic. After the refund I snatched the food and handed it to a homeless man who wandered in from the rain cold and wet and hungry and told him not to let the mean lasy take the food away from him she was going to throw away. I was basically told only half my meal is guaranteed fresh and that is against the law as they are taking our money for fresh food not half fresh.
