I can't say enough about this business. I am consistently received with professionalism and kindness from the moment I walk in.
I'm a disabled veteran using community care benefits through the VA and the staff was thoroughly knowledgable on the authorization process, keeping me well informed on my active status and submitting requests for re-authorization.
Recently, I sustained a back injury that landed me in the ER. I was in so much pain that I could hardly breathe, walk, lie down, or dress myself. I made calls to the VA, visited the ER, and was taking painkillers with muscle relaxers and NSAIDs, with no availability to see my primary or ortho for months. I was in some of the most pain I've ever felt in my life. I felt helpless; My partner felt helpless; My family felt helpless.
I scheduled an appointment Dorhmann's for 15 minutes from the moment I called them. My visit took less than 30 minutes including intake paperwork; 48 hours later and I'm already feeling relief; all for less than $100 without insurance.
If I had not gone to Dorhmann's Family Chiropractic when I did, I am certain that I would be in the same debilitating pain as last week. I can't thank Dr. Cy and his team enough for how much they've helped me since I moved here. They are a model business of the community that has always made me feel welcome.
