My wife and I were in a difficult time sensitive situation. After almost losing our money (scammed) by two different roofing companies, I reached out to Bob. I explained to him that I received a letter from the insurance company, telling me that we had to replace our roof before Sept 15th. He was incredibly understanding and came the same day I called him, giving us a better estimate than four prior roofing companies. He also had the roof done the next week and in one day. I would just like to respond to your response. You are well aware of the problems we encountered. Multiple messages/emails were sent to the owner, so, yes, you were contacted. BBB even said they contacted you because we filed a complaint through them as well. We were promised that your insurance would cover damaged property due to your crew not adequately tarping the roof when a storm came through. I suggested bad choices may have been made by the crew given the amount of beer that was on site. I questioned the owner about that, and his response was they were probably just icing it down for after work. We paid in full because we trusted you would stand behind your word and replace/fix our damaged electronics and wood in the ceiling which we were promised had been ordered! Ironically, you admitted fault and said that's why you have insurance, and yet, you didn't stand behind your word. I would love to retract my complaints. We do understand things happen, but the reputable businesses own their mistakes and correct them. Service: Roof installation

I would not recommend this company.  We hired them to put on a roof back in August.  Instead of doing the roof in sections as I have seen other roofers do, they stripped the entire roof.  A storm came up and water poured into the house soaking carpets and damaging a computer system because the roof was not tarped properly.  A piece of wood fell through in the living room (which was not their fault), but was not tarped right away, allowing water to literally pour through. The owner hired a carpet business to extract the water, which was nice, and promised that insurance would cover the rest and that he would replace the piece of wood from the ceiling.  We sent multiple pictures so he could submit them to his insurance company.  A couple of days after the original install another storm came, and the roof leaked again around the chimney.  They did come fix that. Here it is March, and we have heard nothing about finishing the work promised or replacing the damaged computer system.  I have texted and emailed the owner, and I have emailed the office.  I also contacted the Better Business Bureau who said they sent the business my formal complaint.  We paid in full, as we thought the owner would follow through on his promises.  In hindsight, we wish we had held back a percentage.
