I am absolutely in love with the heat transfers that I received from DTF Virginia! The quality is top-notch and the colors are so vibrant. I reached out to DTF Virginia regarding a quick turnaround pocket logo DTF sheet. The owner and I had a conversation, and he assured me that they would handle the gang sheet as long as I provided the logo. However, upon receiving the DTF sheet, I noticed that the file name had been printed alongside every logo. I contacted the owner to address this issue, and he acknowledged his mistake of not unticking the file name before printing. As a result of his error, it required additional work beyond the normal cut and press process.
I spoke to the owner once again to discuss a possible refund as a resolution for his mistake. Unfortunately, he responded with a nasty attitude and offered numerous excuses. Eventually, the owner reluctantly agreed to provide a refund but abruptly ended the call without offering any apology.
I had hoped to resolve this matter without resorting to leaving a negative review since the product itself is of high quality. Although I could have supplied my own gang sheet, the owner insisted on handling it personally. Moving forward, I hope that this company will simply offer an apology when they are at fault for any errors.
