This grooming place was recommended to us by more than one person in the county. The first experience was good, no issues. This last experience was extremely disappointing. I couldnt book on the website 3 weeks ago so I called and the owners daughter picked up and I thought we had a very detailed and thorough chat. She told me she took notes and put it in our boys file. We discussed a lot! Sedative, the cut, his behavior, nails, etc. She recommended the dosage for mild sedative and what cut we are interested in for our cat and we booked a date to bring our boy. Today we bring our boy in and when we called to check on him the owners daughter thats what she kept on referring to us as herself was clueless about our cat. She didnt have any notes on him in his file and she didnt know anything about our boy nor about our chat from weeks ago. She actually told us today that they dont prefer to have cats come to them sedated and that the shape around his face that we discussed weeks ago wasnt possible to accomplish on a cat! All the things she told us weeks ago that were doable. We were charged a $85 fee for an aggressive pet on top of the services and we werent explained in depths what was accomplished other than a lion cut The stress and uncertainty that this business put us through today is whats causing me to write this review and warn others.

We have an older long haired cat. These groomers have worked wonders with his coat! He has also boarded at this facility and there is no comparison! It is the most comfortable spacious accommodations for cats. Their services are a bit more than others but their caring, dedicated and professional services are worth it.
