Based on earlier recommendations (below) from Ken and the staff at J&K, we contracted with them to install a humidifier for winters, a dehumidifier for summers, and an air cleaner. As she always is, Linda was courteous and prompt in scheduling the installation and subsequent follow-up visits to "tweak" the system. Jame, Tim and Devonta were professional and thorough at our home doing the work. We have been customers of J&K for seasonal maintenance for many years and are looking forward to continuing to do so. J&K conducted an assessment of the status of our AC system, particularly with respect to dehumidification of our home, which had recently experienced excessive humidity and mold problems.
