Ive had dentures for a long time and was a little skeptical. But Im extremely happy with my teeth. The staff and the and the Dr were just great !!

Highly recommended, excellent customer service, staff was excellent and my dentures fit perfect no problems like I said highly recommended!

One thing customers should be aware of is the NO refund policy. On OCT 11, 2023 My husband and I traveled from Roanoke, Va to Yorktown, Va to have a pair dentures made. Upon arriving at the office my husband asked the front office clerk about the refund policy since there was no signs about this in the waiting area. The front desk clerk was vague about this question and would not answer directly. After being fitted for the WAX version I had to place my initials on a piece of paper saying I was satisfied with the WAX version. I really did not like the wax version, so I had a change of heart. After discussing this matter with my husband, we decided to leave and never return. We did contact the office to say we would not be back for the completed version. Mind you Dr. Coleman does request half the payment up front. We paid Dr Coleman $899.00 which he refuses to give back to My husband and myself. We did not come back for the completed version. The remainder of the $1,798.00 was supposed to be due upon completion We have NO dentures from Dr Coleman but he has our $899.00 for a WAX try in.

My aunt had new dentures made by Coleman back in August, today is November 30th. Her old ones, made elsewhere, had worn down after nearly 10 years. Coleman made these new ones and they were fine until she tried to eat something. Then they rubbed on her gums so bad she had blood blisters. Mind that these were almost 3k. she's on a fixed income and had to save up for these. She took them out and wore the old ones. We were able to get in a few weeks later. They adjusted them. Again she was fine until she ate something, then they moved. So we went back again, I couldn't get her there until end of October. They adjusted that spot again and again she was fine until she ate. Today we went back and they said it'd be 462$ because her posts shifted. Well, she's 3k in on these new teeth and haven't been able to wear them more than a day in the last 4 months. She's wearing the same dentures now that she had before she went to Coleman. So, if her posts have shifted then how come she can still wear the old dentures? Really upset for her. She's out of the money and has teeth she can't use. Would not recommend Coleman.
