Excellent service and courteous staff. Their new software that texts pictures and details about the vehicle inspection is top notch and allows you to determine the items you need to address in a no pressure environment. I definitely recommend this business. Service: General repairs & maintenance

Location was nice and clean, and the staff was very friendly and professional - no complaints there. But the quote given for what I needed was over $600, which was double what other shops had quoted. The claim was that the part alone was well over $300, then labor/tax/etc.
Ultimately, I found the OEM part for $120, and with the help of YouTube and basic tools (Im not much of a car mechanic so I dont have an extensive toolbox), I was able to do it myself in a little over an hour and a half if I knew what I was doing from the get-go and had access to a garage worth of tools, it would have easily been a 30-40 min job. Im struggling to see where the $600+ price point came from (the other shops were probably spot-on), but am willing to give them the benefit of the doubt that maybe it was a mis-quote and they would have adjusted it had I given them the chance.
