Denny's

Sat down for 10 minutes, waitress looks at me like 6 times and doesn't come over to me. Just standing at the end of the bar watching as a guy trains 5 workers at once. They're being trained and the old workers are ignoring me in favor of listening to new workers getting trained

Awe c'mon who doesn't love Denny's !?! Maybe Communist North Korea because they don't have one. Breakfast anytime! The rest of their food ain't bad either for the price. Late evening after the pool hall when we were kids, late night after the bars in college, on a long road trip with the kids now that we're old...doesn't matter...still awesome. Occasionally you may find an understaffed Dennys with overworked waitresses, exhausted kitchen staff, and your experience may not be '5 stars' or even '2 stars'...but that's the exception not the rule. ....but when you're tired of fast food or overpriced run-of-the-mill bar & grills, Denny's is there with breakfast anytime.

This is one of the Dennys that I always stop in when I go through Wytheville, va an I always like eatin here an spendin time at this one an it at the flying j so that means after I eat I can get a hot shower since I drive an 18 wheeler. I always have fun seein Lauren at night.

Worst service at this Dennys. First stood at the front waiting to be seated. Then was completely ignored while the waitresses continued to chat. When I raised my hands to question about service. They still ignored me while I walked out. The one waitress stated - "Oh, now he's leaving". It should have been we'll be right with you.
