the team at benchmark was beyond helpful. not only are they experienced, but they truly are for the home buyer. every step of the way was explained thoroughly and any question I had was answered, often times on the spot. their availability is unmatched. they often would stay in touch and update on progression of the process as well. most importantly the people at benchmark are very friendly and genuinely good folks. I will be recommending them to others that I know when they are in the market to buy for fure!

Bruce and the team are THE professionals. After MONTHS of struggling with another company we were put in contact with them and they were able to get us to closing in a little less than three weeks over the Thanksgiving holiday. Bruce took the time to sit down and explain every step of the process. I felt so at ease after talking with him. 10/10 would use them again, this time as a first resort.
