Khonsol if very unprofessional he was late hours to help with a flooded basement after flooding just me me to see him soliciting sec workers. Truly disgusting the girl looked at least 17 glad I seen it before I let him in my home. Service: Flood restoration

Metrix Restoration was unbelievable, we had an unfortunate situation where our hot water heater started leaking and flooded most of the basement (carpeted). Metrix was the first number I called and I immediately felt like I would be taken care of, after having a very knowledgeable conversation with Khonsol about the ins and outs of the restoration process and even the insurance side, I knew we would be taken care of! From beginning to end, everything was done fast on time and professionally with an occasional laugh session. He and his team came in and gave me a step by step of everything they were setting up explaining how the dehumidifier worked in conjunction with the fans and how long everything would take to dry, even letting me test the walls with the moisture meter tool to see the different moisture levels. While dealing with the background paperwor, Khonsol was very patient and very professional throughout. I would definitely recommend this company for any household needs.
