This clinic is so rude and unprofessional. I would give no stars if I could. I repeat do not give this place your business. The office manager Ruth on several occasions has been rude and unhelpful. She has hung up on me several times and has yelled at me as if I wasnt a paying customer. I have called on several occasions to get my dogs name changed to its proper spelling and to this date its not done. Literally this experience has been uniquely horrible. I wouldnt recommend this place to everyone who loves their pet.

This is by far the best veterinary clinic in the area. We have been coming here for 26 years and we wont go any where else. From the office staff to the vet techs to the doctor all are amazing. All very compassionate and knowledgeable

Normally I would say that I love this placebeen using them for several years.
3/11/24 - Took our dog for a visit (allergies/scratching). Was given a $75 Cytopoint injection (NEXT DUE 4/23/24).
3/23/24 to 4/1/24, dog was boarded while we were on vacation.
3/23/24 ANOTHER $75 Cytopoint injection was given, that I discovered on the bill when I got home.
I called them and they said theyd call me back, they needed to call the Animal Poison Control Center first to see if any harm had been done, and it turns out that it may only be gastrointestinal upset, if anything.
Meanwhile, someone was going to call me back by the end of the week about a resolution.
No callback.
I call them today (4/10/24), and the resolution is that all that theyre prepared to offer is a $75 credit towards further services.
Not even a refund of the overdosed medication, or compensation for the error.
YeahI was REALLY DISAPPOINTED with the handling of this issue and question the safety of my pets while in their care.
