        You can't use the grills at the park until after 4, not even with charcoal until may something (can't recall the date) ... Maintaining staff started to mow the grass right next to us without caring that we were there eating, the dust was insane:( The park itself is really nice, has nice play areas, and clean bathrooms, also a place where kids can learn about animals and can buy an ice team.

        Leesylvania park is beautiful but could use a person to just walk around and pick up broken glass all around the park, even the beach areas.

        Nice trails by the water. Amtrak rolled by when we were there. Several times actually. Trains are in pretty good shape. Nice walk by the water. Birds were not there in large numbers. Parking is free entry is not. Or maybe its pay for parking and get in free either way you will pay unless you have a pass. Restrooms: Decently clean and big. Near the boat ramp Dog-friendliness: Dogs on leash appear to be welcome
