Moving in a few days and needed bulk trash pick up. I called to confirm the time window offered by the company for the following day, but I had a question about it, so I was told Id get a call back later in the day with an answer. No one called back, so I called the next morning to once again confirm the time that we had discussed for later that day, but I was told they gave my time slot away. Very inconvenient, especially to find out the day of when I was expecting them. Im not sure why they gave away my pick-up slot without even speaking with me. They did try and schedule for a different day, but unfortunately none of the options worked for me.

The team collect the trash are good people and on time. But I am bit disappointed with the numbers are given on the trash can both are wrong numbers I tried to call this morning to let the company that today after trash collected our trash can is missing so finally I report through their website hope someone contact me back from the company.
Also at the company name should be on the Taras can.
