Very friendly staff, professional, and the vet takes the time to talk with you regarding your pets condition and options. No complaints after three visits, we'll keep coming back!
**UPDATE**
I am even more impressed with this facility than I was when I first posted this review. Recently, our Jack Russel of 17-years passed away suddenly, in the morning, and I had the sad task of giving her final ride to their facility for cremation. I called to let them know that I would arrive after dropping my daughter off at school, and they said that they would be ready.
Little did I know that they would receive our fur baby with the same respect and reverence that a returning military member would. Two staff were waiting to take her back and the front desk walked me through the next steps. They even set up an exam room for me to say my final goodbye when I requested - I was having a hard time leaving her there. I walked out in tears and immense gratitude. The next day they sent a sympathy bouquet and the following week they sent a card of condolence from the vets, techs, and front desk staff.
I will continue to come here until I no longer have pets, or the entire, current staff leaves and is replaced by staff diametrically opposed to what they are currently doing . My only reason to not recommend this place for your animals is out of selfishness to increase my availability for appointment times regarding medical issues and boarding.
A person could complain about the prices (which is on par with other, reputable veterinarians), or the traffic on the main road outside (everywhere this close to D.C. has bad traffic), but I see no justifiable "cons" - just a long list of strong "pros" that a caring pet owner within driving distance should take advantage of.
