I've had glasses/contacts since elementary school and I've never had such a great experience as I did at this office. I was visiting the area and lost my glasses which meant I couldn't drive home... They were able to squeeze me into a full schedule at the last minute and were very professional and kind. Dr. Nguyen is amazing! She explains everything well and really cares about getting you the best fit for your vision.

Terrible front desk experience! Went in today for eye exam appointment the receptionist was very rude and awkward. I was a few minutes early for appointment to complete paperwork process for new patient but there was already a few people ahead of me. So I guess there was no reason for making the appointment.. besides that I waited 30 minutes just to find out the receptionist had not verified with my insurance company about payment coverage for my appointment prior to me coming in so she looks it up and tells me they are out of network and my insurance won't cover the visit and I would have to pay out of pocket.. Horrible experience would strongly recommend going somewhere else!!

Dr. Van-Anh Nguyen has been my eye doctor since 2005 and I have found her to be ver knowledgeable, skilled, and thorough when examining my eyes. I have a slight macular degeneration disorder at each visit she pays particular attention to any issues or changes to that issue. She always aks me if I have any concerns or questions allowing me time to cover any concerns and is very reassuring, makes me aware of any thing I need to oay attention to. She lets me know when I need further information or treatment with my optometrist. Plus she is a very gracious individual.

Wow, so this dr didn't quite understand what I was telling her about my eye history, and instead of asking to make sure she understood, she began arguing with me about what I said. Also, I signed up to do the additional retina exam (for extra $ 49) which usually drs do it right then. Her front desk staff didn't mention that if I wanted this extra test, I needed to make an additional appointment. She is thorough and that is good, and that's the reason for the two stars. However, I didn't feel we communicated effectively, and arguing with the patient is not the most professional way to handle things. I don't recommend.
