        The Vision Essentials Dept leaves a LOT to be desired. A phone call will not suffice for routine questions; have go in to the facility. The "canned" msg states someone will return the call - still waiting on that to happen . Not satisfied with the communicating system! Once in, personnel is great!

        Excellent experience! I went in for an eye exam and to get new glasses as mine had broken the day before. Peter-Hung S Cao took his time and helped me pick out a new pair of glasses. He was very knowledgeable about the whole process from picking out frames to aligning with my eyes. Peter and his associate Karen Lizama worked very hard to try to fix my old frames so that I could still use them until my new glasses came in. They both went above and beyond and were very friendly and helpful.

        Doctor McBee was great - friendly and thorough. I then went on to buy a pair of glasses - nice selection of frames. Peter, who helped me with the lenses and the fitting was also great - friendly and professional, and also funny. I will definitely be going back to Kaiser when it's time for my next glasses.
