I received a Groupon for a gel pedicure for my birthday. Went to use it today, April 27, and realized it expired on April 24. So, I tried to use the Groupon for the amount paid and the lady would not even let me do that. I know the promotional value of the Groupon ($50) expired on the 24th but the lady there this morning would not even let me use it for the purchase price of $35. She just kept saying that it had expired. Personally, I think a good business would have let me go ahead and use the promotional value. But, she was wrong telling me I could not even use the amount paid for this voucher. At the very top of the Groupon the first sentence says "The amount paid for this voucher ($35) NEVER EXPIRES. The promotional value expires April 24, 2024." Maybe all employees at this company need to know how Groupon works. Very disappointing. This was going to be my first gel pedicure and I was really excited about it.

Horrible customer service and very unprofessional. I bought a Groupon for this place and they didnt want to take it. As a business they should be aware of the deals they sign up through Groupon and not just say no and not care about the money spent by their customers.

2nd Gel manicure in 1 month - both chipped and peeled in 3 days. This place sucks - don't waste your money. Cheap products, cheap service/application. I usually got to New Jersey for gel nails . They last 2-4 weeks with no issues..ever.

The nails are well done with good designs and the nails are really affordable and have good quality
