Terrible customer service. Scheduled an appointment for 1:00pm and when I arrived 5 minutes early, a woman who I saw walk in before me was seated with the nail tech that was scheduled to perform my services. (Gel fill) 5 minutes later, I asked how long before my service, I was told 10 minutes. However, I knew it would be longer as the customer was getting a full set. Just be honest.

Beware! I called and schedule a gel manicure with Nancy because after reading the reviews she would have been the best technician for me. I get there and told the lady in the front that my appointment is with Nancy. She tells me to come with her and proceeds to use the drill to remove gel nail polish. I should gotten up right then and there and left. She ruined my nail bed. Then she had to shave my nail down more to get my nail to be even. She didn't even use cuticle softener before she dipped my hands in water. Then she tried to cut my whole nail off. I told her to just file them. She did not shape my nails at all. When it was time to pay she then tells me her name so I can zelle her tip to her. Lady's name is Tina. I am very disappointed that she did my nails knowing that I made the appointment with nancy. I wont be come there again.
