Called into the emergency hot line for a toilet repair.
The service representative was rude and curt and was not helpful in suggestions for options that were available.
Not a good experience when dealing with emergency plumbing issues.

Last month, CFS replaced all of the 28-year old polybutylene plumbing in our house with PEX. All members of the team were polite and helpful. For a house with 3.5 bathrooms, kitchen, and two spigots, the replacement only took two days. To get to the pipes, several dozen holes in our walls and ceiling had to be cut and the crew was very conscious of minimizing drywall dust and used a lot of plastic coverings to protect our property. They were fast, professional, and answered all customer questions thoroughly to make us feel confident in their approach and work. I recommend working with CFS for this vital home repair.

We were in need of a house re-pipe after moving in a few months ago, and Freds estimate came in well below anyone else who took a look at what needed to be done. He and his team did an incredible job and were in and out of our house in no time at all. Not only did they complete the re-piping in two days, they put in several new fixtures for us and discovered (and repaired) several issues with our plumbing we didnt even know we had. I cannot recommend this company enough and would absolutely refer anyone I know to them for any plumbing needs!
