        Customer service is not their strong suit. I purchased a table and chair set from this business in July 2022. Purchasing the items in the store all went well. When the items were delivered there was damage to 2 of the 6 chairs. The owner was present at the home delivery, he took pictures and I assumed this would be taken care of promptly. I never heard from them again. I followed up many times and was always given the run around. The wife could not tell me anything always referring me to her husband, who was often unavailable. I asked that he call me, no calls were ever returned. Beware of the follow through to resolve problems with your order, before you decide to purchase from this business.

        I had my furniture delivered today. First, the pricing for the office furniture was a great deal 50% less than Laz-Z-Boy pricing. It took 3 weeks to receive the purchase but I was ok with that. The guys were pleasant. They put the furniture together and I love it. My experience with Z&R was top notch! Thank you for the great experience.

        This is my first time purchasing with Z&R Furniture, and it was a great experience. I happened to see a piece on their website while doing a search that I wanted to buy for some time and had seen at several more well known national furniture/home decor sellers. Their price was $600 + less than other pricing I had seen and this was a local company, so I bought it. The online ordering and confirmation process was seamless, customer service calling to answer a few questions from me was good, and the white glove delivery into my house was flawless, setting it up completely and taking away the considerable packing. I'll definitely be looking back to them to source things, or even to try to find something I have seen elsewhere. It's always great to support local businesses, especially when they have an outstanding ordering and delivery system and process.
