We were looking to replace our dining and living room carpet. We searched numerous stores to find the same color we had installed 30+years ago. We found a sample and took it to First American Carpet. Derrick found it for us. We ordered it almost sight unseen but it was a perfect match. The team who installed were polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. They moved everything back in place and cleaned up. We will definitely use them again.

Working with Derrick was a no-brainer for our flooring needs. After moving into our new home, we searched several big box stores to see if we could find floors we liked, but the products that First American Carpet carries are far superior to any product youll find there. Derricks customer service and attention to our needs was unmatched, and working from him was a pleasure from start to finish.
Both Derrick and our installers were professional, efficient, and went above and beyond to care for our needs. We absolutely love our new floors, which completely transformed our home and gave it a modern, clean look. Whenever we decide to replace additional flooring in our home, First American will be the first we call.

I just walked the installers out and could not wait to do a review. This company was amazing to work with from start to finish. Derrick came in gave me a quote QUICKLY after contact. The installers came at 8 am and were done by 1 pm! They were professional, kind and efficient. Answered all questions and any concerns with no issue.
