      image I recently had a disappointing experience at Chick -fil-A during a drive-thru visit. After ordering a milkshake online for pickup and even providing my name for the order, I was left waiting for more than five minutes upon arrival. Understandably, a bit of a wait can happen, but when I reached the window, I was informed that my order still wasnt ready. This not only put me in a rush but also made for an embarrassing situation. Its frustrating when a simple pickup turns into a needless delay, reflecting poorly on the customer service offered. Such experiences make me reconsider returning, hoping for better service in the future.
